Requirements for the coffee export registry authorization:

A. NATURAL PERSON:

1. Form CDC/DC CIE 001 correctly filled in original and copy.
2. A formatted set of pro forma sale invoices.
3. Stamped paper.
4. Copy of electoral ID (Dominican cédula) or passport of the applicant.
5. Certification of good behavior or criminal records.

B. JURIDICAL PERSON (CORPORATION):

1. Copies of the social statutes.
2. Incorporation papers.
3. List of shareholders.
4. State of payment of subscribed stocks.
5. National contributor registry (RNC).
6. Mercantile registry or certification from the court where the documents were deposited.
7. Copy of the notarial colliding.

C. NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS (NGO):

1. Copies of the social statutes.
2. Incorporation documents.
3. Relation of partners.
4. Incorporation decree.
5. National contributor registry (RNC)
6. Copy of the incorporation publication.
